We offer both casual and ongoing room hire options. Ongoing bookings secure your preferred day and time each week with a cheaper rate, while casual bookings provide flexibility based on availability.
Ongoing room hire requires payment via automatic bank transfer on your scheduled hire day. Casual bookings must be paid in advance to confirm your reservation. Payment details are provided in your agreement.
Casual bookings are available during standard business hours, 9am – 5pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays only, with extended hours available upon request. Ongoing room hirers will be provided with a key to access the office outside of these days. Please speak with us if you require access outside standard times.
Yes, there is ample free on-site parking available for both practitioners and clients.
Rooms are shared spaces, so we ask that they are returned to their original condition after use. You are welcome to bring small portable items, provided they are removed at the end of your booking. If you would like to personalise a room, please speak to us about permanent weekly room hire options.

Yes, all room hirers are required to hold their own professional indemnity and public liability insurance relevant to their services as well as professional registration where applicable. These must be provided upon starting room hire and updated annually.
Yes, all room hirers are required to sign a room hire agreement outlining terms, responsibilities, cancellations and payment arrangements.
